idea: create a course to break barriers

Inspiration: As the founder of a successful remote boutique accounting firm and a thought leader within accounting, Anna saw how the available courses don't actually teach the practical and necessary skills a beginner would need to land a job. So, we created a course that would make the basics of bookkeeping accessible to anyone — no degree or experience required (and no boring videos).Process: I led the project plan, guided creative + logistical decisions, and created the bulk of the visuals and copy while coordinating experts and vendors.Result: Accounting Fundamentals is a 15-module course with videos, quizzes, PDF guides, and hands-on QuickBooks practice. This course gives anyone a clear, engaging path into bookkeeping — all taught by the endearingly hilarious Anna!

idea: educate everyone about the ER

Inspiration: As an Emergency Medicine Physician, Dr. Brian Kendall, MD, wants to help people avoid the ER by sharing what the ER can + can't do. After gaining a 13k+ following on his TikTok, he is shifting to Substack to express his expertise with more depth and intention.Process: Through collaborative clarity sessions and a strategic collaboration/PR outreach plan, I guide his Substack direction, refine messaging, and handle all outreach so he can focus on high-impact writing while managing life as a full-time ER doctor, husband, and father of two.Ongoing Results: Brian and I have successfully negotiated a paid sponsorship with a highly-reputable vitamin company, a Live interview with a well-established fellow Substack writer, and a feature in a trending Substacker's newsletter! His Substack is growing everyday and we are putting intentional effort toward paid subscribers.

Inspiration: Anika, the spiritual brand and web designer at Incandescent Creative, wants to expand her powerful Brand Essence workbook into a live program and evergreen course that guides creative business leaders through embodied, heart-led branding.Process: I’m providing foundational course-creation support: clarifying focus, guiding accountability, shaping the client journey, researching marketing approaches, and building a custom project timeline.Ongoing Results: I have created a 30-day Foundational Roadmap that will set Anika up to be ready to build — and, potentially presell — the program!

I shine in the messy chaos of supporting an inspired-but-stuck Creative. Basically, it's a great day at work when I am trusted to come up with a gameplan, give collaborative pushback and feedback, and help a Creative make progress towards their vision.In addition to being the one-woman-wonder here, I'm a certified Project Manager and a certified ScrumMaster (I'm trained in facilitating meetings, coaching team members, and removing roadblocks in an Agile way). And, I'm your classic Integrator — if you haven't already read Rocket Fuel, here's a spoiler: you are the Visionary!If you've read this far, I'd like to express my gratitude for your time and attention by sharing little glimpses into my personal world: I'm currently training to be a Somatic Trauma Therapy Coach, actively practicing Tai Chi, and am picking up yoga again.
